不锈钢纤维填充热塑性导电塑料研究进展
Research development of stainless-steel-fiber filled thermoplastic conductive plastics
【摘要】 导电塑料是防止电磁波污染的一种重要防护性功能高分子材料。综述了不锈钢纤维(SSF)填充热塑性导电塑料的国内外研究进展,并对树脂、不锈钢纤维(SSF)含量、表面处理、加工工艺等因素造成屏蔽性能(SE)变化进行介绍与分析,并指出未来的研究发展方向。
【Abstract】 Conductive plastics is an important defensive and functional polymer materials in resisting electromagnectic interference(EMI).In this paper,research development of stainless-steel-fiber(SSF) filled thermoplastic conductive plastics were reviewed.The resins,addition changes and surface treatment of stainless-steel-fiber and processing conditions for the effects of shielding effectiveness(SE)of the conductive plastics were introduced and discussed.
