【Abstract】 Attention has been paid to food safety all over the country.Globally,governments throughout the world have taken food safety as national public security.Investigation on current situation of food safety has been made.The research shows that popularizing the knowledge of food nutrition and safety,fostering professional ethics of food producers,investing enough money in food science research,and establishing and complementing food safety guarantee system can guarantee food safety for our people.By doing so,we can improve the public health,and fulfill the goal of constructing an economic,safe and harmonious society which proposed by the Chinese government.更多还原
