三元混合制冷工质变组成容量控制空调

【摘要】 通过对三元混合工质制冷剂R407C分馏特性的分析,提出了一种采用组成调节装置的容量控制空调系统,并对其变组成容量控制的制冷循环特性进行了理论分析,预测了各种变组成情况下空调系统的调节性能和节能潜力.利用建立的变组成容量控制型单元式空调系统,测试了不同组成下的三元混合制冷剂的空调系统性能.根据实验测试结果,验证了在相同流量工况下,通过改变循环工质的组成来改变空调系统的制冷量的技术可行性,通过增减容量过程中能效比基本保持不变的性质揭示了该技术的节能特性.

【Abstract】 On the basis of theoretical analysis of the separation characteristic of the non-azeotropic ternary refrigerant mixtures R407C,a varying composition capacity control air conditioning system is introduced in this paper.According to the theoretical refrigeration cycle performance analysis,the adjustment performance and energy saving potential of the system were analyzed.The air conditioning system’s cycle performance using ternary refrigerant mixtures of different compositions was tested.The cooling capacity could be adjusted by varying the composition of the refrigerant mixture at the same flow rate.The energy efficiency ratio could be maintained relatively constant,saving energy when the system runs beyond the design conditions.
