非全氟聚合物热稳定性的改善
Improvement on the Thermal Stability of Non-perfluoropolymer
【摘要】 非全氟聚合物在成型温度条件下要发生降解,最经济、最直接的方法是通过添加热稳定剂来提高加工时的热稳定性,使制品的机械性能不下降,制品外观好。介绍了几种非全氟聚合物热稳定剂及其效果。
【Abstract】 Non-perfluoropolymer will decompose under moulding temperature. Addition of thermal stabilizer to fluoropolymer in the processing is the most economic and direct method to raise the thermal stability,and avoid the reduction of mechanical performance of the product, and the outer appearance of the product is very excellence. Thermal stabilizer of non-perfluoropolymer and its effects are introduced.
