热压缩空气在气流粉碎中的应用及其加料器喷嘴设计
Application of hot compressed air in jet grinding mill and the design of feeder injector
【摘要】 热压缩空气、冷压缩空气与过热蒸汽作为气流粉碎机的工作介质有各自不同的内在特性,通过比较,明确了热压缩空气的不同之处,为工程中的实际选择提供了依据。并对以热压缩空气为工作介质的气流粉碎机加料器喷嘴的设计方法作了较为详细的研究。
【Abstract】 As the working mediums of jet grinding mill,hot compressed air,cool compressed air and steam-gas have different characteristics.The distinctiveness of hot compressed air was cleared,and it’s helpful in choosing suitable medium in practice.The method of designing hot compressed air feeder injector applied to the jet grinding mill was studied too in the paper.
