具有特殊形貌非晶硅铝酸盐粉体的水热制备

【摘要】 以Al2(SO4)3.(14-18)H2O为铝源,Na2SiO3.5H2O为硅源,加入一定量的脂肪族多元醇,用NaOH溶液调整pH值,200℃水热条件下14h制备出一种粉状固体。该粉状固体经X射线衍射(XRD)测试为非晶态,扫描电镜(SEM)照片显示,绝大多数粉体为厚度约200~300nm的片状体组成的球形颗粒,片状体相互交叉,表面粗糙不平,是一类具有特殊形貌的硅铝酸盐。

【Abstract】 Taking Al2(SO43·(14~18)H2O as Al source, Na2SiO3·5H2O as Si source,and adding with some aliphatic polyalcohol,a kind of powder solid was synthesized in hydrothermal conditions of 200℃ for 14 hours at fitted pH value adjusted by NaOH solution.The XRD result showed that the powder solid was amorphous,and the SEM images showed that most of the powders were sphere particles consisted of thin plates which were 200~300nm in thickness.The powder was a kind of alumina-silicate with special morphology.
