低热固相化学反应法合成磷酸锌微米晶棒
Synthesis of zinc phosphate micro-crystal bars by solid-phase chemical reaction at low temperature
【摘要】 在表面活性剂乙二醇(EG)存在下,采用低热固相化学反应,分别以Zn(NO3)2.6H2O(70℃)、ZnSO4.7H2O(室温)与Na3PO4.12H2O进行反应,超声波作用下洗涤产物,一步合成出磷酸锌微米晶棒,利用XRD、TEM、SEM和IR等手段表征了其结构和形貌。实验结果表明:两种锌盐与Na3PO4.12H2O反应,在一定的条件下,均能合成出EG修饰的磷酸锌微米晶棒。此研究为磷酸盐工业生产的绿色化发展提供了一定的参考依据。
【Abstract】 Zinc phosphate micro-crystal bars were synthesized by one-step,solid-phase chemical reaction of Zn(NO3)2·6H2O(at 70℃)or ZnSO4·7H2O(at room temperature)and Na3PO4·12H2O in the presence of ethylene glycol(EG).The products were washed in the process of ultrasonic.Structure and shapes of the obtained samples were characterized by means of XRD,TEM,SEM and IR.The results showed that two different zinc phosphates micro-crystal bars with EG could be synthesized by chemical reaction of two different form zinc salts and Na3PO4·12H2O under some conditions.
