高纯超细电子级石英粉的制备技术综述
SUMMARIZATION OF PREPARE TECHNICS FOR QUARTZ OF ELECTRONIC GRADE,SUPERFINE AND HIGH PURITY
【摘要】 随着塑料、橡胶、涂料、电子及其它高科技产品对高品位超细硅石原料需求量的增加,近年来采用脉石英、石英岩制备高纯石英粉的加工技术取得了很大进展。在热力破碎技术、粉碎机械选型、超细石英等的加工工艺、助磨剂研制等方面都探索出一些新的技术和方法。在石英粉中铁、铝等杂质脱除的选矿提纯技术以及石英粉表面改性等相关技术也取得了显著成效。
【Abstract】 Along with the increasing of quantity demanded of high grade and superfine ganister matrial in plastic,rubber,paint,electron and other high-tech productions,Great progress have been achieved in processing technology of preparing high purity quartz from vein qutartzand quartaite,it have searched out,new techniques,in thermal fragmentation,mechanical molding,working professing of superfine power,and as well as its correlation techniques which including,removing iron and aluminum from quartz power and its surface modification.
