氢氧化镁阻燃剂的应用现状及前景展望

【摘要】 氢氧化镁阻燃剂具有阻燃、抑烟、填充安全、价格低廉等优点,因而成为阻燃剂研究领域最活跃的研究课题之一。本文综述了国内外氢氧化镁阻燃剂的应用研究现状,并结合国内的实际情况,介绍了氢氧化镁阻燃剂的制备方法,提出了应用研究过程中应重点解决的问题:阻燃剂粒度超细化、表面改性处理和协同复合技术,并对其发展前景进行了展望,建议中国应加大对氢氧化镁阻燃剂的研究开发力度。

【Abstract】 There is some excellence of magnesium hydroxide (MH) as flame retardant, such as reducing smoke, cheap price, the high temperature of resolving and safe stuff, etc. Therefore, it is become one of the most flourish studies and is applied widely. It was analyzed the function and advantage of MH as a kind of flame retardant in the paper. General situation about production, application and research of flame retardant of MH were reviewed all over the world. It was introduced of the preparation methods of MH in the text. There were two problems to be put forward specially in research. On the basis of reality situation in our country and the application of MH in the inorganic flame retardant. Some problems that should be solved in the future are put forward such as the size of flame retardant, treat technology of surface modified and the technology of compound. Its development tendency is prospected in the paper. It was suggested result and application of flame retardant of MH should be developed in our country.
