6-氯苯并噁唑酮合成新工艺研究
The New Synthesis Methodology of 6-Chlorobenzoxazole
【摘要】 通过选用新的氯化试剂磺酰氯来氯化苯并唑酮的方法来制备6-氯苯并唑酮。选择邻二氯苯作为反应溶剂,在室温下,磺酰氯约1 h滴加完毕,在40~50℃温度下恒温反应3 h后,升温至90℃,恒温反应0.5 h,抽滤、水洗、干燥制得6-氯苯并唑酮,该法所得产品具有较高的纯度和较高的收率(86%)。
【Abstract】 6-Chlorobenzoxazole was obtained which benzoxazole was chloridied by sulfuryl chloride.The chlorination used o-dichlorobenzene as solvent,at room temperature,sulfuryl chloride was dropwised in the course of 1 hour.The reaction temperature rising to about 40~50℃,the mixture was stirred for 3 hour,then heated to 90℃ and stirring continued for 0.5 hour.The product was obtained.After decompressed filtration,water-washing and drying,the higher yield is 86% obtained.
