壳聚糖硫酸盐催化没食子酸异丙酯的合成
Synthesis of i-Propyl Gallate with Chitosan Sulfate Catalyst
【摘要】 以壳聚糖硫酸盐为催化剂催化合成没食子酸异丙酯(iPG),研究了催化剂在没食子酸与异丙醇反应中的催化活性,考察了催化剂用量、醇酸物质的量比、反应时间、带水剂用量以及催化剂重复使用次数对酯收率的影响。实验的最佳合成条件:醇酸物质的量比8∶1,催化剂用量为0.8 g(没食子酸为9.4 g),带水剂用量为20 mL,iPG的收率可达90%以上。结果表明,壳聚糖硫酸盐作为催化剂用于合成没食子酸异丙酯(iPG)具有较好的催化活性和重复使用性。
【Abstract】 i-Propyl gallate was sysnthesized by esterification of gallic acid and i-propyl alcohol with chitosan sulfate as catalyst.Through orthogonal experiments,the optimum reaction conditions was obtained as follows: the molar ratio of alcohol to acid is 8∶1,the quantity of catalyst is 0.8 g,the quantity of toluene is(20 mL),the yield of i-PG is up to 90.0%.The results indicated that chitosan sulfate has good catalytic activity and could be used repeatedly.
