单晶钴颗粒的合成和磁性研究
Investigation of Synthesization and Magnetic Properties on CO Single Crystal Cluster
【摘要】 采用水合肼还原法制备出钴纳米颗粒的团簇,通过对钴颗粒形貌及结构的分析发现钴为单晶颗粒,并存在六角和面心立方两种密排结构;探讨了溶液中钴团簇的形成机制,并对其磁性质进行了初步的研究。
【Abstract】 Clusters of Co nanoparticles were synthesized by hydrazine in hydrotherm.Through analysis of appearance and structure of Co clusters using TEM and XRD,they were composed by single crystal particles including two kind of structures of hcp and fcc.The magnetic properties and synthesizing mechanism of Co clusters were measured and discussed in this article.
