生物法制备手性仲醇化合物
Preparation of Chiral Sec-Alcohols by Biological Technique
【摘要】 手性仲醇是重要的手性化合物,从生物法制备手性仲醇的角度,综述了酶催化不对称合成、细胞催化不对称合成和酶催化拆分的特点,同时以2-辛醇、苯乙醇等仲醇为例进行深入讨论,展望了该领域未来的发展前景。
【Abstract】 The chiral sec-alcohol is an important kind of chiral substances.From the point of preparing chiral sec-alcohol by means of biological technique,the characteristics of enzyme—catalyzed synthesis asymmetrically,cell—catalyzed synthesis asymmetrically and enzyme-catalyzed resolution respectively were summarized.Meanwhile,some sec-alcohols such as 2-octanol,phenylethanol and so on were discussed deeply on thi subject.The prospect of this field is also pointed out in this paper
