【Abstract】 The chiral sec-alcohol is an important kind of chiral substances.From the point of preparing chiral sec-alcohol by means of biological technique,the characteristics of enzyme—catalyzed synthesis asymmetrically,cell—catalyzed synthesis asymmetrically and enzyme-catalyzed resolution respectively were summarized.Meanwhile,some sec-alcohols such as 2-octanol,phenylethanol and so on were discussed deeply on thi subject.The prospect of this field is also pointed out in this paper更多还原
