膨胀石墨对直接染料废水吸附脱色研究
Research on Decolorization of Wastewater Containing Direct Dye by Adsorption on Expanded Graphite
【摘要】 以鳞片石墨、乙酸酐、浓硫酸、重铬酸钾为原料制备了膨胀体积为350mL/g的膨胀石墨。以膨胀石墨为吸附剂,对直接大红4B、甲基橙染料废水进行了吸附脱色研究,探讨了影响吸附的因素。实验结果表明:直接大红4B(质量浓度300m g/L)、甲基橙(质量浓度200m g/L)的吸附平衡时间分别为6h和5h;在相同质量浓度(200m g/L)下,pH对两种染料废水的脱色率影响不大,膨胀石墨对直接大红4B废水的脱色率在93%以上,对甲基橙废水的脱色率最高只有70.4%;直接大红4B废水的脱色率随温度的升高而增加,甲基橙废水的脱色率随温度的升高而减小,但吸附量受温度的影响不大,两种染料的吸附符合Langum u ir吸附等温式。
【Abstract】 Expanded graphite with 350mL/g of expanding volume was prepared using flaky graphite,acetic anhydride,concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium dichromate as raw materials.And it was used as adsorbent to decolor wastewater containing direct red 4B and methyl orange.The factors affecting adsorption were studied.The results show that:The adsorption equilibrium times of direct red 4B(with mass concentration 300mg/L)and methyl orange(with mass concentration 200mg/L)are 6h and 5h respectively;When the mass concentrations of the two kinds of dye wastewaters are the same as 200mg/L,the decolorization efficiency of direct red 4B wastewater is more than 93%,while that of methyl orange wastewater is only 70.4% with little effect of pH;The decolorization efficiency is increased with the increasing of temperature for direct red 4B wastewater,but reduced for methyl orange wastewater;The adsorption quantities of the two dyes are little affected by temperature and their adsorption behavior is accord with Langumuir adsorptive isotherm.
