磁场作用下生物吸附铜离子的机理研究
Mechanism of biosorption of Cu2+ with Magnetic field
【摘要】 从印染厂废水中筛选出一株对金属铜离子具有较高吸附性能的菌株,其对铜离子的吸附特征符合Langmuir吸附等温式和Freundlich吸附等温式,为单分子吸附。电镜扫描发现,该菌在磁场作用下分泌的荚膜物质更多,对金属铜离子的吸附作用更强。
【Abstract】 A strain screened from printing and dyeing wastewater had high adsorption capacity on copper ion,the adsorption characteristics of it on copper ion accorded with Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption isotherms,and was monomolecular adsorption.It was indicated with Electron Microscopy that: the strain could secrete more capsula materials and the adsorption effect of it on Cu2+ was higher when in magnetic field.
