高浓度硝基苯类废水的处理

【摘要】 采用Fenton试剂-微电解-厌氧滤池(AF)-序批式活性污泥法(SBR)工艺处理高浓度硝基苯类废水。连续运行结果表明,该处理工艺对此类高浓度硝基苯类废水处理效果良好,在进水CODCr质量浓度为11240mg/L时,CODCr的总去除率大于99%,出水水质的各项主要指标达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中的一级排放标准。操作运行稳定,是处理高浓度硝基苯类废水的有效方法之一。

【Abstract】 Fenton reagent-microelectrolysis-AF-SBR technology was used in treatment of high-concentration nitrobenzene-containing wastewater.The result after the continuous running showed that,the effect of the said process on treatment of high-concentration nitrobenzene-containing wastewater was good,when the mass concentration of CODCr in influent water was 11 240 mg/L,the removal rate of it was above 99%,the main indexes of the effluent water met the standard of class 1 in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).The said process has a stable quality in system running,which is one of the efficient methods for treatment of high-concentration nitrobenzene-containing wastewater.
