传统活性污泥法工艺改进的尝试

【摘要】 尝试一种对传统活性污泥工艺流程的改进方法,与传统活性污泥法做出比较,并对特例进行计算分析。该流程主要是利用廊道式反应池的特点,根据需要使一定量的污水内回流。这样可以均化有机物浓度,提高反应器抗冲击负荷的能力,也会节省某些专门的回流设备,降低基建费用和运行费用。在处理效率相同的条件下,该流程理论上较传统的活性污泥法节省容积。此外还可以按同样的方法将多廊道反应池改造成类似UCT工艺的废水处理流程。

【Abstract】 An Attempt was made to improve the traditional activated sludge process.The new process was compared with the traditional one;meanwhile,the special cases were calculated and analyzed.According to the demand,based on the characteristics of corridor-type reaction pool,the said process made certain quantity of wastewater inside circumfluence.Whice could not only even the density of organic matters,improve the capability of resisting shock loading of the reactor,but also save some special equipment for circumfluence and reduce the cost for capital construction and operation.Under the condition that the treatment efficiency was the same,compared to the traditional activated sludge process,the said process saved the volume in theory.Moreover,the corridor-type reaction pool can be transformed into the wastewater treatment process similar to UCT craft with the same method.
