同步辐射软X射线综合偏振测量分析装置的控制与数据获取系统
The system of control and data acquirement for the synchrotron radiation polarimeter in soft X-ray range
【摘要】 基于LabVIEW编程方法实现了对同步辐射软X射线偏振测量分析装置的系统控制和数据获取,给出了装置介绍、运动控制的物理思想、软件编程思路以及最终具体的实现方法,并对今后相关类似的软件应用进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the program that can control the instruments of Polarimeter lying on 3W1B soft X-ray beam-line in BSRF.And acquiringthe experimental data is also achieved at meantime.It explainsthe ideal of physical design,software program direction and realization method through the actual examples.In the end,the article discusses the application of similar software.
