【摘要】 针对长山热电厂烟煤供应的紧张局面,提出在燃用烟煤的HG-410/100-6型锅炉试掺烧部分褐煤。在进行单斗全褐煤的掺烧试验期间,曾经发生原煤斗棚煤和制粉系统启动过程中爆燃的不安全事故,通过对事故原因进行分析,采取了有效的防止措施,获得了较好的掺烧效果,降低了发电成本,取得了较大的经济效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Focusing on the short supply of bituminite for Changshan thermal power plant,the idea that HG-410/100-6 type boiler using bituminite coals as fuels combusts a certain proportion brown coals was put forward.Unsafely accident,explosive combustion,in starting period of raw coal hopper and pulverizing system,used to occur during the combusting tests of full brown coals at one-hopper,the reasons were analyzed,some effective means to prevent from explosive combustion were presented,through which a good effectiveness was gotten,decreasing cost-generation.更多还原
