现场总线在机器人冲压自动线控制系统中的应用
Application of fieldbus technology to the control system of the robot-based automatic press line
【摘要】 车身覆盖件冲压线是汽车生产过程中的关键设备,其生产质量和效率直接影响到汽车的质量和生产效率。机器人冲压自动线是提升传统冲压线生产率的主要手段,其控制系统担负着控制压力机、搬运机器人等设备及监控整个生产流程的任务。文章着重介绍了一种采用西门子PLC,PROFIBUS-DP现场总线及工业组态软件WinCC来构成控制系统的技术。
【Abstract】 The cover panel press line of the vehicle body is the key facility in the production of automobiles,and its productivity and the panel’s quality have a direct effect on the productivity and quality of products.The control system of the robot-based automation line undertakes such tasks as controlling presses,robots and conveyors and monitoring the whole production process.In the paper,the control system is formed by means of SIEMENS PLC,the PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus,and the industrial configuration software WinCC.
