基于ADAMS的双前桥重型汽车双摇臂设计及优化

【摘要】 文章分析了双前桥重型汽车转向运动学关系,建立了基于ADAMS的双前桥重型汽车双摇臂机构优化设计模型,运用该模型对某种汽车的双摇臂机构进行了优化改进设计,优化结果显示本模型具有实用性和简捷性,对同类车型双摇臂机构的设计具有参考价值。

【Abstract】 The steering kinematics relationship of heavy vehicles with the double-front-axle is analyzed,and a model of the double-rocker mechanism of such heavy vehicle is established based on the ADAMS models.Then design optimization of this mechanism of a certain type of heavy vehicle is carried out by using this model.The optimized result indicates that the model is simple,practical,and valuable to the design of the double-rocker mechanism of the same type of heavy vehicle.
