钛表面原位生长TiO2膜及其光催化活性
Titanium dioxide films grown on Ti substitute and their photo-catalytic activities
【摘要】 为提高钛表面原位生长TiO2膜层的光催化活性,研究了电流密度(3、5、10、15 A/dm2)对所得膜层光催化活性的影响.用SEM和XRD分析膜层表面形貌和结构,发现随着电流密度的增加,膜层微孔增多而且膜层中二氧化钛含量增多.用所得膜层光催化降解罗丹明B,发现当电流密度为10 A/dm2时,膜层具有较高的光催化活性,这归功于膜层比表面积增加,而且膜层是由以锐钛矿型为主晶相同时含有少量金红石型二氧化钛组成.
【Abstract】 The effect of current densities(3、5、10、15 A/dm2)on the photo-catalytic activity of the films is studied in order to improve photo-catalytic activities of TiO2 films grown on titanium substrate.By the analysis of SEM and XRD,results show that the number of micro-pore and content of anatase TiO2 increase with the current density.When the current density is 10 A/dm2,the produced film has higher photo-catalytic activity,which is attributed to the larger specific surface area and the higher crystallinity of anatase TiO2.
