城市原生污水冷热源污水流动阻力特性研究
Research on wastewater flow resistance characteristic in using urban original wastewater as a cool and heat source
【摘要】 污物含量很大的城市原生污水的流动阻力特性是其作为冷热源应用的关键问题之一.应用非牛顿流的切应力本构模型,推导了速度分布与阻力系数的关系式,通过定义特征黏度和特征雷诺数、计算雷诺数,使以特征雷诺数表征的阻力系数与牛顿流体一致.分析了层流、紊流的临界雷诺数,并得出临界计算雷诺数为215.以计算雷诺数得到的阻力系数的理论曲线与实验曲线吻合,数据表明相同紊流条件下污水阻力为清水的400%以上.
【Abstract】 The urban original wastewater′s flowing characteristic is a key problem when using it as cool and heat source.Based on the non-Newtonian stress formula,the relationship between the velocity distribution and resistance coefficient are obtained.The characteristic viscosity and the characteristic Reynolds number,general characteristic Reynolds is defined.The critical Reynolds number in laminar and turbulent flow is analyzed.The critical general characteristic Reynolds number is 215.The resistance coefficient curve from general characteristic Reynolds number accords with the experiment one,which shows the theory result matches with the experiment,about 400% of the clean water.
