【Abstract】 Through establishing the total target of a region and analyzing its actual economy and technology, we propose a general objective matter-element and a condition one of regional rural economy,and get their alternatives using the extension analysis.The proposed method can make the main objectives and realization approach clear for the development of industries,and transform the incompatible problem into compatible one.
