一株好氧反硝化细菌生理生态特征的研究
Characteristics of psammophytes of an aerobic denitrifier
【摘要】 经测定一株好氧反硝化菌X31菌株的生理生化指标,鉴定该菌株为假单胞菌属(Pseudom onas),对该菌株进行16S rDNA测序后确定为Pseudom onas chloritidismutans.该菌株在完全好氧的条件下可高效地将NO3-反硝化为N2,并不产生NO2-的累积.其培养特征为ORP降低和反硝化产碱.当初始的氧化态氮浓度为150 mg/L左右时,DO值对该菌株的反硝化效果没有影响;而pH值对反硝化效果影响很大,反硝化的最适pH值为中性或偏碱性;反硝化的最适温度为30~35℃.
【Abstract】 An aerobic denitrifier named X31 was identified to be Pseudomonas through physiology-biochemical test.The result of 16SrDNA sequencing of X31 was Pseudomonas chloritidismutans.The strain had good effect of denitrification in absolute environment(DO>8 mg/L) and no NO2-accumulation,when respiring with NO3-.The nitrogen removal rate of the strain was not affected by DO when the concetration of NO2——N was about 150 mg/L.The optimum temperature of X31 was 30~35 ℃,optimum pH was neutral or a little bit alkaline.
