心脏微环境的改变对瞬时外向钾电流的影响

【摘要】 采用氮气饱和、改变溶液pH值及结扎冠状动脉等方法改变心室肌细胞微环境,应用全细胞膜片钳技术记录犬单个心室肌细胞瞬时外向钾电流(Ito),观察犬心室肌细胞瞬时外向钾电流在细胞内外液环境影响下的改变.研究发现犬心肌细胞跨膜离子流Ito在心肌微环境变化,如缺血、pH值改变时,上述电流发生时明显变化.心脏微环境变化,犬心室肌细胞瞬时外向钾电流发生明显减低,这可能与缺血性心律失常发展有关.

【Abstract】 The microenvironment was changed using a perfusion solution in NO saturated gas and decreased pH value as well as coronary artery ligation in a dog.The patch clamp technique was used in the experiment.The effects of the microenvironment changed with the transient outward potassium currents(Ito) in canine cardiomyocyte.It was found that the change of microenvironments,such as ischemia and lower pH value,significantly decreased the Ito in the canine ventricular single cell.The result demonstrated that the changes of the microenvironment affected Ito significantly which is related to the ischemic arrhythmias.
