【Abstract】 This paper analyses the relation between the Soviet Union and the Northeast Anti-Japanese United Army in the course of the Soviet Union concluding treaty with Japan during the World War II,and the reasons that United Army entered and stayed in the Soviet Union in 1940,and discusses that the signing of “the Japanese-Soviet Neutrality Pact” brought the negative impact on the northeast Anti-Japanese War.so-called “strategic shift”,is not a choice,but to a large extent necessary evil.更多还原
