【Abstract】 Although the reform on China’s rural credit union prospers recently,the rural finance reform is still stagnant in relative to the whole finance reform.The arrangement of finance system didn’t have profound change.There’re common sense on speeding up rural finance reform and forming a competitive rural finance market.The paper brings up some advice on how to form a competitive rural banking finance institute in aspect of rural policy finance?commercial finance and cooperative finance.更多还原
