聚氯乙烯辅助热稳定剂β-二酮的合成及应用

【摘要】 通过克莱森缩合反应,合成了一种新型β-二酮,用红外和核磁表征了其结构,研究了其作为聚氯乙烯辅助热稳定剂的热稳定性能.结果表明,所制备的β-二酮是一种优良的聚氯乙烯用无毒辅助热稳定剂.

【Abstract】 A novel β-diketone was synthesized by claisen condensation reaction,and the structure of β-diketone was confirmed by IR and NMR.The performance of β-diketone as auxiliary heat stabilizer for PVC was investigated and the results turned out satisfactory.
