2-硫代-4-喹唑啉二酮类化合物的合成研究
Synthesis of 2-tioxoquinazolin-4-ones
【摘要】 研究了合成2-硫代-4-喹唑啉二酮的合成方法,该方法应用膦亚胺与CS2的氮杂Wittig反应,得到异硫氰酸苯酯,再与伯胺平行反应,一次性合成了10种喹唑啉二酮衍生物,产率在61.55%~87.58%,其结构由IR,1HNMR,13C所确证.
【Abstract】 Twelve 2-thioquinazolin-4-ones were rapidly synthesized by a new parallel synthetic method,which included aza-Wittig reaction of iminophosphorane with carbon disulfide to give phenyl isothiocyanate and subsequent reaction of isothiocyanate with various amines in a parallel fashion.The structure of compound 2-thioquinazolin-4-ones was confirmed by means of()1HNMR,13C and IR.
