低强度瞬态电磁场作用下电穿孔机理探讨

【摘要】 通过计算离子在细胞膜外与在细胞膜内的吉布斯自由能,并考虑外加电场的影响,分析离子进入细胞膜的自发性,对低强度瞬态电磁场作用下细胞膜的电穿孔机理作出初步探讨.

【Abstract】 Caculated the change of the Gibbs free energy when ions transport through the membranes and take the applied electric field into account.At last,analyzed the electroporation mechanism under the transient electromagnetic field.
