【Abstract】 The main purpose of E-government network construction is to set up an open and standardized uniform network platform,on which information exchange and resource share among different departments,and the independency and safety of information in each department can be guaranteed at the same time.In this paper MPLS VPN,which is the leading technique in E-government network construction,is introduced,and a kind of HoPE technique based on this theory is proposed. An electronic government platform based on the HoPE technique is realized,and the process and the primary technique of it are discussed in detail.At last,some parameters are tested and analyzed.更多还原
