【Abstract】 Listening comprehension acts as one of the main factors that influence English application, especially for students in advanced technical schools. Nowadays, English listening teaching in advanced technical schools is held back by several obstacles such as education system geared toward exams, poor teaching equipment, inappropriate textbooks, and negative psychological factors of students etc..
