【摘要】 目的通过对各种不同类型桡骨远端骨折采用相应治疗措施,探讨桡骨远端不同类型骨折的最优治疗方法。方法我们采用国际通用的桡骨远端 AO 分型,对不同骨折类型采用保守治疗、克氏针固定、AO 板钉内固定、LCP 板钉内固定、外固定支架固定等不同治疗方法,通过随访,评定治疗效果,进而提出对该骨折类型的最优方案。结果对不同类型的桡骨远端骨折,选用上述相应治疗措施,改善了治疗效果,减轻了患者负担和痛苦。结论对不同类型的桡骨远端骨折应尽可能采用相应治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the different treatment methods of distal radial fracture with different types and find the best treatment method correspond to different distal radial fracture.Methods According to AO classification,the different distal radial fractures were treated by conservative treatment,plate and screw fixation,locking compression plate, and external fixation respectively.The results were evaluated by close following-up and the best treatment method to different type of fracture was pointed out.Results Using corresponding and correct treatment method according to different distal radial fracture will improve curative effect,decease patients’load and alleviate patients’agony.Conclusion We should use corre- sponding treatment method to different kind of distal radial fracture.更多还原
