【Abstract】 There is always dispute and difference about whether enterprise has to undertake the social responsibili-ty,and what’s more,the relation between corporate social responsibility and economic performance is the focus which we concern.This paper quotes the stakeholder approach to carry on the limits to the corporate social responsibility and studies the relation between social responsibility and economic performance.It puts forward that implement of corpo-rate social responsibility can raise the economic performance and the raising of the economic performance provide pow-erful support for undertaking corporate social responsibility.更多还原
