新颖杂环类维A酸的合成及其生物活性
Syntheses and Biological Activity of Novel Heteroretinoids
【摘要】 三种结构新颖的杂环类维A酸,即5-四甲基四氢萘基-3-吡唑甲酸,2-甲基-5-四甲基四氢萘基-3-呋喃甲酸,1-丁基-2-甲基-5-四甲基四氢化萘基-3-吡咯甲酸的合成被报道.生物活性测试表明它们对肿瘤细胞(HL-60)有一定的抑制作用.
【Abstract】 Syntheses of three novel heteroretinoids were reported.Novel heteroretinoids were 5-(5,6,7,8-Tetrahydro-5,5,8,8-tetramethyl-2-naphthalenyl)-3-pyrazole carboxylic acid,2-Methyl-5-(5,5,8,8-tetramethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-naphthalen-2-yl)-furan-3-carboxylic acid,1-Butyl-2-methyl-5-(5,5,8,8-tetramethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-naphthalen-2-yl)-1H-pyrrole-3-carboxylic acid.The results of biological test indicated that these compounds possessed some growth inhibition effects in leukemia cells.
