CARR二次水管道系统应力分析与评定
Piping Stress Analysis and Evaluation of Secondary Cooling Water System in CARR
【摘要】 使用PIPSTRESS软件对中国先进研究堆(CARR)二次水管道系统进行分析计算,针对管道系统及所连接设备的不同特点,采取不同的措施,对支吊架类型、安放位置和方向等进行了优化配置,得到适当的管道系统应力数值和接管载荷数值。结果表明,二次水系统的应力分析与评定符合规范要求。
【Abstract】 This paper performed the piping stress analysis and calculation of the secondary cooling water system in CARR using the software PIPSTRESS,according to the different characteristics of the piping and the connected equipments.Different measures are taken to optimize the positions,types and directions of the supports and hangers,and the appropriate values of the piping stress and nozzle loads are gained.The results show the piping stress analysis and evaluation of the secondary cooling water system satisfied the PIPSTRESS codes.
