【Abstract】 This paper reviewed the studies of insecticidal crystal protein(ICP) genes of Bacillus thuringiensis and ICP genetically engineered microbes.The methods of construction and characters of various recombinant microbes were also summarized.The potential application and prospect of ICP genetically engineered pesticides were also discussed.更多还原
