α-三联噻吩水基纳米悬浮剂的制备及测定
The Preparation and Determination about Aqueous Nanosuspension of α-T
【摘要】 为改善生物农药α-三联噻吩制剂的分散性、提高其悬浮率、稳定性及生物活性,以界面聚合法制备出α-三联噻吩纳米悬浮剂,该剂型为水基剂型,环境扫描电子显微镜和荧光分光光度法的检测结果显示,在α-三联噻吩的水基纳米悬浮剂中,α-三联噻吩悬浮颗粒的平均粒径为124.6±51.6 nm).
【Abstract】 The purpose of these studies was to improve the properties of α-T formulation in stability,suspension and bioactivity.Aqueous nanosuspension of α-T was prepared by interfacial polymerization.Several characterizations of aqueous nanosuspension were detected by HPLC and environmental scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the average diameter of suspended particles was 124.6(51.6nm.
