【摘要】 产业集群在经济增长中的突出表现引起了学术界和政府的广泛关注。文章试图在产业集群的定义与一般特征的基础上,用交易费用经济学的分析方法对其组织特性进分析,得出产业集群作为介于纯市场和科层之间的中间性体制组织的一种,具有非一体化合作与企业间协调两个组织特性。最后文章还对其组织特性的实现方式、优势及其研究意义进行了探讨,认为我国中小企业可以通过产业集群节省成本,提升竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The prominent contribution to economic development of Industrial clusters attracts all-pervading attentions of academe and government.On the base of analyzing industrial clusters’ definition and general character,this paper tries to analyze the organizing speciality by means of transaction cost economic,educes that as one of middle organizations between the market and enterprises,industrial clusters has organizing speciality of unincorporated cooperation and harmony between corporations.At last,this paper explains the realization means of speciality、advantage and significance,considers that the middling and small enterprises can save theirs costs and enhance competitiveness by means of industrial clusters.更多还原
