【摘要】 在克服利润隐瞒因素影响的基础上,文章利用来自企业层面的数据,对投资经营环境与中国民营企业绩效的相关性进行了实证分析。研究发现:投资经营环境在投资诱导和利润增长机制的双重作用下,对民营企业绩效具有显著的正向影响,投资经营环境优越的地区,民营企业获得了更高的经营绩效,但这种影响在不同管理模式和企业家年龄特征的企业间存在明显差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on firm-level data,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the correlation between China’s private enterprises(CPEs) performance and the climate for business operation and investment(CBOI).We find that CBOI has significantly positive effects on the performance of CPEs.We also find the performance of CPEs with modern management pattern and young CEO more strongly depend on the CBOI than other kinds of enterprises.更多还原
