【Abstract】 Both SCM(Supply Chain Management)and MRP(Material Requirement Planning)are advanced management patterns.How to coordinate the inventories of the plants in order to optimize the performance of the entire supply chain is the focus of research.But the recent researches focus on the supply chain based on the independent product,the researches about the supply chain based on the BOM is few.This paper will propose several policies of coordination in the inventories of the two-level supply chain by analyzing the nature of the system of MRP.更多还原
