【摘要】 对JB/T7230 94热泵用四通换向阀进行了研究分析,用实际的制冷工质代替氮气,模拟四通换向阀的实际工作环境,测试四通换向阀的使用寿命.设计建造了一套全自动四通换向阀寿命测试系统,研制了试验环境空气处理系统,编制了工况参数控制和电气系统设计及软件程序,并进行了四通换向阀的寿命测试试验.试验结果表明,用制冷工质模拟实际工作条件能够准确测试四通换向阀的寿命.更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the analysis of Chinese national standard fourway valve in the heat pump system,a new unit has been developed,which can test the lifetime of fourway valve with refrigerant to replace the customarily used nitrogen,and to simulate the real working environment.All the work done includes providing a system solution of test environment,designing control and electric units,developing related software,and carrying out the test for the lifetime of four-way valve.The results indicate that using refrigerant to simulate the real working environment can get the accurate lifetime of four-way valve.更多还原
