聚合物分散液晶体全息光栅在1550 nm波长处选择性模拟
Simulation of wavelength selectivity of HPDLC bragg grating at the wavelength of 1550 nm
【摘要】 介绍了制作体全息聚合物分散液晶光栅的基本原理.根据光栅的衍射特性计算公式,利用matlab程序对H PDLC光栅在中心波长为1 550 nm处的波长选择特性进行模拟,并且进一步实现H PDLC动态光强增益均衡器功能.计算结果表明,在光栅条纹法线同光栅表面法线的夹角为150°、光线入射角度为0°、光栅厚度为40μm、折射率调制为0.005时,光栅在1 550 nm处的衍射谱线半宽度能够达到10 nm.
【Abstract】 The diffraction efficiency formulation of HPDLC grating is deduced.Besides,the fabrication of HPDLC volume grating and measurement of relative parameters are introduced.Furthermore,simulation is made on diffraction character of HPDLC volume grating at central wavelength of 1 550 nm and the imitation design of DGE(dynamic gain equalizer) is put into trial use.Simulation shows,a HPDLC grating with parameters of fringe normal degree 150°,incidence degree 0°,grating thickness 40 μm,and index modulation 0.005,can get the half spectrum width about 10 nm at central wavelength of 1 550 nm.
