1025 t/h锅炉“四管”泄漏问题分析
Problems of "four kinds of tubes" leakage for 1025 t/h boilers
【摘要】 对某火电厂4台1 025 t/h锅炉的水冷壁、包覆过热器、省煤器、低温再热器等受热面的泄漏及暴露的缺陷进行了综合分析,针对造成泄漏的主要原因,研究从根本上治理锅炉四管泄漏问题的对策。
【Abstract】 The leakage and defects of heating surfaces of the water wall,double-tube superheater,economizer,and low temperature reheater of the four 1 025 t/h boilers of a power plant are analyzed comprehensively.The main causes of the leakage are discussed,and countermeasures are proposed.
