论时间管理在教学管理工作中的应用
Application of Time Management to Teaching Management
【摘要】 时间管理是一种自我管理,其本质是选择管理。在教学管理工作中应用时间管理的目的是为了提高教学秘书的工作效率,获得更高的工作满意度。
【Abstract】 Time management means self-management,with its essence being management choice.In order to enhance the efficiency of teaching secretaries and to be more satisfied with the work,time management should be applied to the teaching management.
