【摘要】 目的:探讨早干预措施在剖宫产术中产后出血的价值。方法:回顾性分析2004年至2006年剖宫产术中产后出血患者107例,采取早干预措施95例,通过研究观察采取早干预措施对产后出血的影响。结果:采取早干预措施产后出血量在480~1600m l之间,无1例发生脏器损害,无1例子宫切除。结论:早干预可显著减少剖宫产术中产后出血量,避免子宫切除,降低孕产妇死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To approach the value of early intervention to postpartum hemorrhage(PPH)in caesarean section.Method: Retrospective analysis was taken to 107 cases from the year of 2004～2006,which occurred PPH in caesaream section.Early intervention was taken to 95 cases,which was researching observed for the purpose of influence of PPH after taking early intervention.Result: There are no one organic damage or hysterectomia after taking early intervention,when the hemorrhage volume ranged from 480 –1600 milliliter.Conclusion: Early intervention can significantly reduce NPH volume in cesarean section,avoid hysterectomia,cut down matemal mortality.更多还原
