氢质子磁共振波谱对帕金森氏病的诊断价值

【摘要】 目的:探讨氢质子磁共振波谱(1H-MRS)对帕金森病的诊断价值。方法:通过对20例帕金森病患者和20例年龄相当的健康人豆状核磁共振波谱,分析豆状核N-乙酰天冬氨酸/肌酸(NAA/Cr)和胆碱/肌酸(Cho/Cr)比值的变化。结果:帕金森病患者豆状核NAA/Cr比值显著低于对照组相应感兴趣区(P<0.05),Cho/Cr比值显著高于对照组相应感兴趣区(P<0.05)。结论:1H-MRS是一种能够反映帕金森病患者神经病理学变化的无创技术。

【Abstract】 Objective: To assess the value of magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS) in Parkinson’s disease(PD).Method: ~1H-MRS of putamina was observed in 20 patients with PD and 20 healthy age-matched controls.The changes of NAA/Cr and Cho/Cr ratio in the putamina were analyzed.Result: NAA/Cr ratios were reduced significantly and Cho/Cr ratios were increased significantly in the putamina of PD patients compared to those in putamina of healthy controls(P<0.05).Conclusion:~ 1H-MRS is a noninvasive technique that can reveal the pathological changes of nerve of PD patients.
