【摘要】 目的:观察比较七氟烷吸入及丙泊酚-芬太尼复合静脉麻醉用于乳腺小手术的麻醉效果和安全性以及麻醉费用。方法:40例ASAⅠ级择期乳腺小手术患者,按麻醉方法分为七氟烷吸入麻醉组(S组)和丙泊酚-芬太尼复合静脉麻醉组(P组)。术中持续监测HR、RR、SpO2、NIBP及PET-CO2,术后追问和随访病人的主观感受。结果:两组病人麻醉效果满意,两组病人麻醉后血压均有所下降(P<0.05),P组心率下降显著(P<0.05);S组RR、及PETCO2麻醉前后无显著性变化(P>0.05),P组麻醉期间RR及SpO2较麻醉前下降(P<0.05),PETCO2较麻醉前升高(P<0.05),且P组中有7例发生呼吸暂停。麻醉药品平均费用S组人民币106.4±30.4元,P组人民币153.1±26.9元,S组较为便宜(P<0.05)。结论:七氟烷吸入及丙泊酚-芬太尼复合静脉麻醉用于乳腺小手术效果确切,而丙泊酚-芬太尼复合静脉安全性不及七氟烷吸入麻醉且费用较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the effects,the securities and the price between sevoflurane inhalation and propofol –fentanyl compounded intravenous anesthesia in breast small operation.Method: 40 patients（ASAⅠ） underwent breast small operations were divided into 2 groups.Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia was performed in group S,and propofol –fentanyl compounded intravenous anesthesia in group P.HR、RR、SpO₂、NIBP and PETCO₂ were monitored during anesthesia and the patients’ feelings were asked after operations.Result: The effects of anesthesia were satisfied.NIBP in both groups and HR in groupP declined during anesthesia（P<0.05）.RR,SpO₂ and PETCO₂ were not changed in group S（P>0.05）.RR and SpO₂ declined and PETCO₂ ascended during anesthesia in group P（P<0.05）,and 7 cases of apnea were happened in group P.The average price of group S is RMB106.4±30.4 and groupP RMB106.4±30.4.Conclusion: The effects of anesthesia were satisfied in both sevoflurane inhalation and propofol –fentanyl compounded intravenous anesthesia in breast small operation,and compared with propofol –fentanyl compounded intravenous the sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia was safer and more economical.更多还原
