【摘要】 目的:探讨老年血液透析患者的临床特点及相应的护理对策。方法:回顾性分析25例老年血液透析患者的临床资料。结果:老年透析患者的特点:自我护理能力差,对疾病的治疗表现出过份的忧虑,透析期间并发心血管及感染性疾病较多,针对这些特点,采取相应的护理对策后,取得了明显的效果。结论:患者的并发症减少,尿毒症症状缓解,增强患者战胜疾病的信心,从而提高了透析质量和生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the features and nursing strategies of aged hemodialysis patients.Method: Analyzed the clinical data of 25 aged hemodialysis patients retrospectively.Result: The features of aged hemodialysis patients included worse selfnursing ability,excessive anxiety about the treatment and more cardiovascular and infectious complications during hemodialytic period.Corresponding nursing strategies were adopted to these features and achieved satisfactory effects.Conclusion: Less complication and relief of uremia symptom raise the hemodialytic and life quality.更多还原
